DUTIES AND TAXES
International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customers responsibility; such charges are not included in the costs of your order as we have no way of calculating it.
By placing an order, the customer accepts and acknowledges their respective country’s laws, regulations and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. The customer also accepts that Oretsuu does not any hold responsibility on the additional charges that may apply.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
For orders comprised of all in-stock items, they will be shipped out in 1-7 business days.
For orders that include pre-order items, they will be shipped out after the pre-order period + the production time.
As a rough guide:
Prints will take roughly 1-2 weeks to produce and then ship after the pre-order time
All merchandise will take roughly 1 month to produce and then ship after the pre-order time
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Orders are shipped from Australia. Our courier has raised prices due to the pandemic, and some services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. To ensure your order gets to you safely, every order will come with a tracking number.
HELP, I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS/ADDRESS DETAILS HAVE CHANGED!
Please email email@example.com with your order number and correct address details as soon as possible! The details cannot be changed after we’ve sent out the order. We do not do refunds or replacements if the order doesn’t arrive due to an incorrect address - so please double check before placing your order!
Please choose wisely, as after your order has been shipped we do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds!
MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET! CAN I MODIFY IT?
If we haven't mailed out your order yet and would like to add to or modify your order to save additional shipping costs, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the modifications/additions.
If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it within 48 hours. Please send an email to email@example.com along with your order number and we will arrange it for you.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED, INCORRECT AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
We're really sorry to hear that! Please take a photo and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, and we will arrange an alternative best suited to you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW ARE THE ITEMS PACKED?
All orders are packed in a bubble mailer to prevent damage.
All small prints will come in a plastic sleeve and have a 700gsm backing board, to prevent water damages and bending.
All large prints will also be shipped in a bubble mailer by default. It will come in a plastic sleeve and 1200gsm backing board to prevent water damages and bending.
Tube mailers are available if you are worried about prints being damaged, however will be rolled up and would need to be flattened out yourself. If you would prefer the tube mailers option for your order, please mention it in your checkout notes or send an email with your order number to email@example.com after you've placed your order.

If you would like your prints signed, please request it in the check-out notes!
